folks relying on uplisting 2pull chestnuts_from_fire...

gonna be in for unpleasant surprise...

1) humongous reverse split;
2) Massive dilution that mgt will characterize as "cleaning the balance sheet;
3) higher r/s pps will attract swarms of shorts who'll ultimately bring the pps back into the pennies...

can't reason with folks who're on a mission to financially self-destruct...
