Does'nt it seem like they are a tortoise about speeding up?

Something smells more like manure, not hemp every time tortilla puts out news.
If something can be wrong they use it.

I think the CEO went to Perlowins hemp university for mgmt to learn all of the delay tricks.

What can hold up a company that was claiming production status 6 months ago with state of the art extraction eqpt coupled with professional support? And weeks later they are short a part or need another machine.

Then there is the threat of a reverse split to get a fresh start on the share selling story.

Does anybody have an explanation?
