Agree. There is no violation just an imposed online buy restriction. If there were a violation, they would not allow phone in buys and all brokers would do same.

As stated in my last post, there is no rhyme or reason as to why these restrictions happen.

Again, etrade is one broker. Peeps using other brokers had not problem slapping from .0098 to .0121 yesterday.

Let's see some ask slapping today longs.
