If Ilksen Yesilada owns 90 million shares of restricted stock, who owns the remaining 23,377,780? For all we know they could be unaffiliated shares, which are not subject to rule 144.

I bet once the financials do finally come out, they will be riddled with toxic debt/convertible notes. There is a reason they haven’t released them yet, because they know it will decimate the stock price.
