However, I would not classify it as a "lie" just yet. Maybe harvests were accomplished at those two locations, but perhaps they have not yet received any revenues from those harvests?

All this should be clarified when the audited financial report for 2019 is filed either late next week or early the following week. Last year's audited 2018 Annual Report was filed on 6/1/18, and that's no lie.

Can you just give them another 7-10 days to file their 2019 Annual Report?
If that report also shows no revenues, I might join your side of the argument. Thanks.
