How near term to market is the deicing technology and do you already have market interest from potential clients? we are within 24 weeks before we can demonstrate a practicable product. (pending funding)

######Pending funding. Lol. Riiiiight.

Has the ConnReap product made it past all testing and is ready for market? YES, FDA exempt. We will file a 5-10K prior to manufacturing. We will be speaking to Mfg and distributor within the next 60 days. The test process is completed but we would like to accomplish more procedures ( 100Plus)

#####Why taking so long? Isn't this a product that's been out for say -- since at least January. International agreements or manufacturing agreements of this sort don't take that long and are a great delay tactic.

What is the company’s plan for funding of operations ? We hope to issue a PPM to cover both inventions but await the results of two more, which will be added to the offering. The PPM offering will be in excess of $26.0 million.

######Ah, yes, the good old PPM. Basically, getting investors in on a stock buy (not over the OTC) via a subscription or other agreement (oh, hey, PPM) to fund operations. No actual products, no actual agreements, no actual work being done. This stock should actually be at about .0005 since there's no return on your investment (and prior history would indicate you'll NEVER see your money)

When does the company anticipate to start filing required disclosures for filings to bring back current ? We are currently waiting for confirmation from an interested investor who may invest sufficient to pay for these filings. The balance of our budget is now $260K. It will bring us to the implementation of all our technology ( never to look back money) allowing us to be in the position to commercialize the above two by year end and the anticipated new inventions by first quarter and half of 2020. The above balance is what we must focus on since it’s the key to us moving forward. This money is considered insider investments. This means we sell stock directly from our company to the insider at a considerable discount.

### so, basically soaking all of you who trade OTC to prop up the company by making it look like a good deal to get in on the ground floor with the company, right? Those that send $$$ diretly to Ernesto will be "insider investments" which is how he keeps paying himself a salary. Maybe you all should call Ernesto directly and get in on the stock, then pump it up here on Investor Hub. lol. Oh, wait, that's what I did a few years ago and lost all of my money and then some on what was it? Ringside Entertainment. Big deals with George Foreman and Mike Tyson!!! lol.
