What are the repercussions of them diluting the stock? Nothing. They can sit and sell shares all they want. That is why they have not released the 10K. They have to REPORT on the 10K that they have been diluting. Thats why we see delay after delay. When you realize this and the stock plummets to .0001 again and all your 5K , 10K that you threw at those .38-.42 is gone, then you will say it is the companies fault. But not now, emotion has the best of you.... think of all the money you could make if this just hits $1 now.... WOW ... those emotions!
