I think a general notice, and not relevant to this Special Meeting today, as no specific directive was provided in the Helios Special Meeting proxy. For instance, on previous Special Meeting reverse split proxy, later rejected by shareholders, Helios directed shareholders to pre-register via direct contact to Helios in order to attend the Special Meeting which was scheduled to be in Los Angeles near LAX, which was cancelled the day before, or so.
