Let’s approach this in steps

1) CCAA will be discharged today with nothing involving any of the fantasy deals or transactions being hinted at discussed or disclosed.
2) The dream will live on and move to the next step of “waiting” for this magical deal/transaction to be revealed since CCAA is done.
3) it won’t be...
4) at some point this will move back to the Delaware Court to complete the proceedings there.
5) things in internet land will rev up again with the anticipation of all things great being revealed
6) they won’t, the Court will instead recognize the discharge of CCAA and in turn discharge the remaing debt of BioAmber Inc. and at the same time order the cancellation of the equity.
7) at some point in the following days a FINRA DailyList notice will show up cancelling the shares of BIOAQ
8) iHub will change the Board name to BioAmber Inc. (fka BIOAQ)” and the quote information will disappear.
