WOWZA! pretty dang slim for running a supposed multi billion dollar business!
Guess they like to keep their overhead low! More promoters than employees? Or are some of those employees also promoters? What about Jason Conroy Nielsen? How did he end up with all those shares? averaging down? Fronting for an insider? Bought someone’s old debt? Hijacked the company? Handsomely paid promoter? Who is that guy - inquiring minds want to know!
Is that why they haven’t done their SEC filings for the past 5 years - too busy making sales and putting out press releases and tweets to do the necessary required SEC filings?
