Monty, the Russell effect is probably baked into the PPS but the shares won't appear for a month. Unless the market maker absorbs them, we might test new 6-year lows. We're close to that now.

As a company, structurally, financially, and product-wise, ROX is so much better than it EVER was.

Jefferson's 100,000 annual case sales and $100 million annual revenues are virtually set to happen over the next 3 Q's, added onto the 4th fiscal Q we're waiting to see on or before June 14th.

The question is when will insiders or competitors start acquiring shares. The most likely bullet left in the gun is Frost converting his loan to shares, immediately raising the O/S, but also shooting $2.2 million directly to the annual bottom line; instantly making ROX a profitable company and almost halving the company's debt load.

The Street would love to see both.

I would love to double down the day before that happens.
