A lot of his tweets have been posted over here. (Normally as a desperate attempt to bring this scam back to life since his silence doesn't help it one bit!).

A couple of times those tweets later vanished when nothing happened in regards to his "news" updates. Make some promises. Claim to know someone or something and them later hid the evidence.

He is slick. He knows how to cover his butt. Eventually though, the SEC will catch up with him.

These scammy CEO's always slip up somewhere.
