"I can’t find it now, but I previously tried to find an answer for the percent of mouse results that translated in clinical success. The results varied quite a bit and some models (such as xenografts) worked better than others. The one thing I recall from these articles is the higher the response rates in mice the more likely success in humans. I think 30% response in mice was a key level to have consistent positive results in humans. 100% mouse responder rate and 98% improved results will translate very well in humans.....thanks in advance Dr. Pestell!! RP recently stated that it was rare (in his 37 years in research) to see such drastic results.

I am extremely confident leronlimab will be successful in cancer and save or drastically extend many lives in the near future."
