ZB addition of 2 board members tells you its getting ready to expand. Only time companies add board members is for expansion either through new markets or mergers. You dont add board members before mega mergers so any mergers that could occur wouldnt impact the BOD.

As ive said many times before Jafry is the biggest clue that Zimmer is looking at potentially expanding outside of orthopedic markets. I could be wrong but his expertise combined with his position at TF suggest somethings up. TF would make a great partner when trying to bring non-orthopedic products to market.
