and yet, as I have previously mentioned, KPAY in the second to the last press release stated that the company's Indonesian bank and NOT its U.S. bank was used for the Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee from the Wahana Group

what is wrong with this picture?

what did the U.S. Banks find out about KPAY and The Wahana Group that they denied KPAY from using the U.S. Bank for the $200 million transaction?
