I was just looking at the TSX-NB closing quote and trade volume today;... and unless some of the Long's here share their DNA with a Rock? - it's getting 'uncomfortably' close to the 52 week Low shareprice (0.52)...

For the life of me, I can't understand why this is so!? I don't believe there is another "startup-junior-mining-company" more de-risked - and in posssion of a $38 million highly economical robust feasibility study than NioCorp Deveopment Inc.!??? (I'm not worried about the B-finance) I just don't understand about the $0.54 sp?
