Not having a shareholders meeting says one thing. He does NOT want us to know whats going on with our company. He is not willing to answer the questions we ask each other all day long...definitely wants to stay behind the curtain where he can lie if he wants, say nothing if he wants, not do anything if he wants. Basically tells me its a shit operation with nothing to offer and wont anytime soon. Guy is full of shit.
