Two days ago, there was a 200K share bid which was sitting at .048 for a little while before it was finally filled at .049. It jumped the bid and filled at .049, prompting "transfer transaction" claims. The same thing happened today, only at ask. So why would a bid sell be considered a transfer transaction, while the ask buy today is a legitimate buy?
