Question...if LIHT is Canadian...can ACB buy us without waiting for legalization?

Even though LIHT has US properties...it is still a Canadian company. Could ACB buy/partner with LIHT without creating negative exchange related and legality ramifications?

Not sure if LIHT Vegas would be classified under U.S. Or Canadian?

ACB formed AUSA to acquire US companies....but if LIHT is technically Canadian....ACB could do a direct deal if that assumption is correct.

Anyone know more about the legality of those type of deals?
