I'd think a junk-ticker mining scam like CTDT would only hurt itself by drawing attention to its schemes via frivolous legal action.

Similar attempts by other bogus "companies" have fallen solidly in the LOLOL category, and only make them look worse.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
