How very odd. Why did the FDA buy the scanner? As the agency itself says:

It is important to remember that the FDA does not conduct Clinical Trials.

Oh, and the scanner cost $43,000. That crazy tweet, or whatever it is, says:

Arrayit clinical sales team quotes $3,808,000 clinical testing services sale to the world renowned United States Food and Drug Administration FDA...

Can you produce evidence of any OTHER sales to the "world-renowned" FDA? I couldn't find any.
