Is it possible that they made a deal with the toxic loan that they gave him the shares but he had to unload all of them before a certain time

If we did a R/S then he would have got the shares at the same deal

Maybe the plan is to start afresh with no toxic

The reason for the stock promotion

Also when we uplist , does it simply happen with no warning

Does our symbol change
