Could just be someone looking to flip and make a few dollars hoping it gets to .0005. Won’t read too much into it. This won’t go anywhere until/if good news hits. Which is at least a month away considering the SEC has until May 29th to respond to NPHC in regards to their motion to dismiss. And NPHC will have 20 days after that to respond to the SEC. If the judge doesn’t rule in favor of NPHC and doesn’t dismiss the case, then it will be set for trial in January 2020 unless some kind of settlement is made.
