Cash means life to any small company, and especially important to retaining options for a company with blockbuster potential. If a company raised cash with bad data coming in, and didn't disclose that information, would be an SEC violation. I think this was a defensive move, which is why we didn't see them take more. This can pay for itself if things go well for the company, as they will need this and more if they get FDA approval in May.
