I also Agree, My thoughts say be loaded before the Talking comes. Cramer covered this Quite a-Bit back in the day, I see that coming back. Remember the U.S. is Pulling up the Rear, It's happening overseas in a Much Bigger way, also there Air Quality Needs it. China and India Will Double or Triple the Rev. for WPRT once they Get on Board, I can wait for that.( when Cramer starts talking about them again Sit Back and Smile...). Good Day..
