Thank you for the reply! Please explain to me why the issue is “under review” when the 211 was already approved. If in fact it is a mistake on the part of the NASDAQ, I would expect it to be a priority to correct. I am baffled at the secrecy and deception around this security. Could it be the gigantic short position and Failure To Delivers that has caused this stall and in my opinion collusion.



I would like a detailed answer as to why the “situation is under review” when the 211 has been approved and the CUSIP change by the company was done months ago?



The NASDAQ should be willing to provide shareholders with this information. It should not be held private.
