MJNA's 10-Q does not list an Audit Firm as a "Third Party Provider" and I don't find an Independent Auditor's Report in the 10-Q, so NO the financials were not audited.

No mention of unaudited figures!?



What are your thoughts about Stuart W. Titus being both Chief Executive Officer and Principal Financial Officer?
