What a good question. Could be any of the above.
I'm thinking, a large shareholder sick of the nonsense, or else interpreting recent events as not going their way.
Looks to me like on the opening today, someone was dumping a 1000 shares. This one is tough to figure considering the low volume, and big swings.
So far, the chart shows it as an opportunity to jump back in. However, I don't understand enough about the pros and cons of both sides to try it.



Is TPL down about 5 percent because Oliver could be the winner, Cook might be the loser or just plain uncertainty?

Just my opinion, of course.
