I private investor aka Maxim purchased up to $1.5mill in LFAP preffered shares valued at .10 and we are trading well below that right now.
This was not included in last 10q to reflect cash because it occurred after march 31 which is the reporting period for last Q.
At some point in there the cards will be revealed here lots of retail fleecing going on.
