I'm not worried about Leith's departure even though I was shocked when I read it. Sunniva's whole existence was Leiths idea so yes, big surprise. After I digested a lot of information I came to the conclusion that Leith although a great visionary was probably running out of stuff to do with the Canadian operations getting canceled and the 100% effort going into California.

Leith probably did not want to uproot the family and move to Cathedral City. He is obviously an entrepreneur and Sunniva is well on it's way so he may have more fun starting up a new operation. Leith is Sunniva's largest shareholder with millions of shares so the seeds are planted for him to make a crap load of money. With plenty of leadership on the ground in Cali why not branch out into other endeavors. He is still pretty young and want's to keep rock'in and make even more money. There are quite a few Presidents that have left companies to found other ones, this is not unheard of.

We still have great leadership that will be taking over Leith’s responsibilities and will not be hiring a new president. Dr. Holler and Colonel Wilkerson are very capable and still we have great leadership.
