NKTR creates wholly-owned subsidiary, Inheris to market NKTR-181:

NKKR's aspiration is to spin off Inheris at some point, or sell it outright.

Good call by ‘jbog’ insofar as no one has stepped up with an interest in NKTR-181 (yet).
