Yup, when the guy steals 4 million GCAN shares and supposedly leaves UNGS 600,000 that's a sign of a thief...

Used investor money to create a narrative to only fatten his wallets--- there's millions of these con artist out there you just haven't seen them on American Greed yet...

I.e Bernie Maddoff and others
