All we can do right, I have at least gotten comfort from the company email response that everything is still going on as they have stated.

confirmed again recently with audit partner, with that email I received confirmation that Chris Lim is preparing financials and that the audit is close to being done.

So delays such but at least they are still dead fast and committed to getting the audit and Form 10 filing done.

And to that remember, there is a big difference between just issuing audited financials on OTC markets versus a Form 10 filing with the SEC, audited financials on the OTC can be in a similar format to current financials just with an audit letter. Form 10 filing is the official reporting document for initial reporting for the SEC and will have much more detailed disclosures about the acquisition and merger of SL holdings and all of the subsequent agreements they have made, so I am sure that is also taking a little more time than simply getting OTC audited financials.
