I understand that fully, my point was more of, if they issue a PR stating general things like "we are still reviewing the draft and hope to file form 10 as soon as possible"

Does that really help credibility? OR do anything really, my point was that I hope the hold up is so they can provide the details that we actually want to hear and the specifics of what will happen because they are finally in a position to know when what will happen when.
