I think if you make a public statement with a mid-May projection and that regular updates will be given... you need to say something. If that trigger is very close to coming then fine wait for it... but if not at least an explanation like the one you received would be sufficient. Maybe add a statement that concrete dates will follow or idk something. They made the statement... they need to follow thru. It might not make any difference at all but I think it would be better than silence and appearing as what you say can't be depended on.
