And the issue compounded as they were auditing 2016 and 2017 they got close to end of 2018 so they then needed to get '18 audited as well so that wouldn't have even started until February at the earliest as the company would have had to completed the 2018 financials themselves before the auditors could even start the 2018 process.

My guess that is why Chris Lim was brought in to make it easier going forward as he is versed in SEC reporting and audit requirements as a former big 4 auditor so he will make it much easier going forward to get the audits completed.
