That typically occurs when we push a website change that requires a restart. The outage typically lasts for a few seconds as the update is propagated to each webserver. Just waiting a few seconds and then pressing refresh will usually leave you right where you left off.

We had to do 3 or 4 restarts yesterday, which is why it appears to be more frequent. Most days there's at least one restart before market hours. We try not to do them during market hours, but that's dependent on the circumstances.
