If HAON is bought out i.e. reverse merger, than the buyer will almost surely perform a reverse split. Too many shares outstanding.

I was recently in MJ*OG which had an os of only 74 million and the buyer of it reverse split the stock to wipe out the, otherwise, small share structure.
