It's called dilution my Slayer brother(saw them on Seasons/Divine/South of Heaven tours). They keep on issuing more shares to do their business dealings so that dilutes the value of the shareholders stock. They keep paying themselves ridiculous amounts of shares as well when they haven't even done anything yet. Like I have said many times. Do not fall in love with any of these stocks. Trade them based off of due diligence and technical analysis. This one will run at some point again making a lot of people a lot of money. But long term I am not on board due to the constant diluting. Stocks like these are quick money grabs that I use to put in more stable share structured companies for the long haul. "Ya just date em, ya don't marry em" =)
