It's impossible for us to know the exact "insider" position because we have no clue how many insiders and associates of insiders(VYST themselves knows the float breakdown by comparing the shareholder position reports, DTC sheets and nobo/obo lists) purposely loaded up to 4.99% or 9.99% of the 1.04B O/S in play to avoid having to file with the SEC...but it's safe to assume that insiders and associates of insiders have been accumulating over the past 3+ months now, as impatient joe retailer hands have slowly but surely been exiting while VYST's had a news vacuum in play for 11 weeks in a row now.

There's only about 2 to 3 dozen of us joe retail VYST shareholders here on this forum for example, and we aren't the ones who've been doing the bulk of the slow and steady accumulating at this upper share price platform over the past 11 weeks for example glty
