First off it's just a letter of intent which means nothing these days. Also there sounds like there is a bunch of dilution as well. We'll see how it all plays out. So far looking at volume on the CSE this morning you cannot tell yet what the market thinks. I figured I would see some sort of action on the buy or sell end but atm it's stagnant. Odd, because yesterday they built a massive wall on the ask that looked impossible to get through. Now this morning it's like it never existed. Ahh, the games they play. Will post if I see a huge swing in volume either way before bell.
