Has anyone else noticed that Synovous Bank has had their lawsuit against Singerman re-opened. It seems from reading the court records they have been trying to serve Singerman, but have not been able to find him. What kind of CEO tries to run a publicly traded company in hiding? A well placed phone call to the SEC and a "We don't comment on ongoing investigations", comment and one can see the writing on the wall. Grifters usually end up behind bars.
