Time to get rid of the Trust and its "dictators." TPL desperately
needs a professional, competent, and ethical management. TPL needs
modern corporate governance. What was somewhat shocking was how many
shareholders have been ignored by management. I guess management takes
the attitude that they are above talking with "the little people." They
are far too important. Guess it will all play out in the courts for now.
Yesterday, Oliver presented an olive branch and management stomped on it.
