Unless The Above mentioned Sunlight Financial, LLC wanted to expand their business or create a partnership in TX, and made the registration below, this could be a mistake. However, if they did acquire/merge with GXXM(PR345) they would have had to register with the state beforehand & would want representation in Texas.

PR345 has a lot going for them. Are we PR345? None of this would have been mentioned in GXXM 10-K, or 10-Q as it seemes to have been strategically completed in April, after the 10-Q reflection period ending March 31, 2019




I don't know what you think, but I've seen worse gambles, I believe. This is only a fraction of DD, but it's some.
