Seeing how long it took for them to put up the USMJ e-commerce website and the excuses that came along with it, having a "dividend distribution" website would provide them a venue for more excuses, further delay, such as the website is not yet ready, needs further testing, blah blah.. Just my two cents. Perhaps what they actually meant to say was "webpage", not "website"? IDK.
