I know there are a couple hedge funds interested in RETC. Hedge funds generally invest for the long run & the big gains - over a period of years - and will often assist companies in up-listing to NASDAQ.

How can you tell when Venture Capital/Funders are getting involved in the market?

Other than the size or, block trades - What is it that tips you off?
