Worthless in your "opinion", not factually though.

BioAmber INC held intelletual property and contractual rights and licenses.
BioAmber Sarnia was the operating company which licensed its technology from BioAmber INC.


BioAmber INC still holds those contractual rights after the CCAA, so they could still sublicense them to a company, Yes they can.
Is that is a going concern....?

YES IT IS

BioAmber is currently in the midst of a complex restructuring
