Damn good question.
Looks like you just put out a PR.
Let's say you gave yourself 500 million shares of EXBX.
Then put out a PR about the company rising from the ashes into a new and very hot canibus market.
The share price would spike.
You dump your 500 million ill gotten shares.
If there is no substance behind the PR the shares will languish.
This is where we are now.
