I think everyone is independent contractor so the minimum wage does not apply. U want to fix 9-5 then u work and get $15. U want to make extra money with the 3 hours u have before picking up ur kids uber. Or they can sit around and not earn anything. No one is going to hire a drive for 3 hours. There are man cons and pros to this. Uber will break the trucking business up also cut out that trucking broker and better allocate freight packages. Its changing.
