…I researched Impossible Burger they use GMO ingredients, and people are NOT going to like that!

I doubt that many consumers—or prospective consumers—will consider the genetically-modified soy in the Impossible Burger to be a deal-killer.

90% of soybeans grown in the US are genetically modified, so products containing soy that claim to be non-GMO often aren’t.

A bigger problem for Impossible Foods, IMO, is that heme is not on the FDA’s GRAS list.
